This website is operated by Cygelle LLC ("Cygelle," "we," "us" or "our"). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

Sizing is based on the size chart on each product page; please review it before ordering. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
4. Orders and Payment
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers, orders with suspected fraud, or orders with incorrect pricing. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund. You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase and account information and to use a payment method you are authorized to use.
5. Shipping, Returns and Refunds

6. Payment Disputes
If you have an issue with your order, you agree to contact us at contact@sigelshop.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve it before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer. In the event of a dispute, we may share order, delivery and communication records with the payment provider. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
7. Promotions and Discount Codes
Discount codes and promotions are limited to one per order unless stated otherwise, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time. We may cancel orders that misuse promotions.

9. User Comments and Reviews
